SHIPPING POLICY

• We offer local delivery Monday - Friday 3pm-5pm in Bunbury and surrounding areas for a flat fee of $20.
• Delivery areas include: Bunbury, Carey Park, South Bunbury, East Bunbury, Vittoria Heights, Withers, Glen Iris, Davenport, Usher, Picton, Eaton, Pelican Point, College Grove, Dalyellup, Millbridge, Treendale, Australind, Leschnault, Gelorup, Stratham, Boyanup, Burekup, Roelands, Dardanup, Dardanup West, Waterloo, Crooked Brook, Argyle.
• If you are outside our delivery area, please contact us at info@whisperingroses.com.au for a delivery quote.
• We also offer a collection option Tuesday - Friday 2pm 3pm  simply select this at the time of ordering.
• Your delivery date will be arranged at the time of ordering. Please allow a minimum of 3 days processing time.
• If the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, a redelivery fee will apply. Please ensure someone is available to receive the arrangement, as our products are perishable.
• While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery timeframes, Whispering Roses shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to courier delays, extreme weather events, or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer. All arrangements have a minimum 3 business day lead time. Delivery dates selected at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
